To maintain Proelium as a fun environment for everyone to enjoy, we at Silkgames have strictly enforced rules in place. We ask that you please read this and use it as a code of conduct for in-game play on all public servers.

Mutes:

1. Discrimination.
Making any form of discriminatory comments that are hateful towards any other person or group of people in the chat will result in a mute with no warning.

2. Swearing(bypassing). Swearing is prohibited in Proelium, which is why a swear filter has been put into place. You will receive an instant mute if you are caught somehow bypassing this filter.

3. Flaming. Excessive arguing and name calling will result in either a warning or a mute.

4. Spamming. By "spam" I am referring to interfering with the chat by using repeat words and phrases. This is a mute with no warning.

Boots:

1. Inappropriate names.
If your key name is deemed inappropriate you will be warned to use a different key, and then booted from the game if you do not heed the warning.

2. Being disruptive. Disrupting game-play by utilizing game mechanics in ways that were not meant to be used to either hurt or help a certain team will result in a warning or a boot from the game.

Bans:

1. Spamming
(cont). Spamming becomes a bannable offense when it is done in an attempt to crash servers and ruin the gameplay. This will result in an instant global ban with no warning.

2. Continual Disobedience. Willfully going against the rules after repeated warnings will result in a ban.

3. Host created Admin abuse. When admins abuse host-given admin commands on public servers, they will be warned and their admin status will be taken away. If these are returned by the host and any abuse persists it will become a bannable offense.

4. Host abuse. Hosts who abuse their powers on public servers will be warned, if they continue with the abuse a ban will be issued.

Important Note:
All publicly hosted Proelium servers are public domain. The Silk Games staff (Silkwizard, Balzack, tenkuu, Cablemonkey) have absolute authority over what goes on in these servers, regardless of who is hosting the game.
